The new C-Class Coupé is a super car and
that's what my racecar in the DTM is based on.
It's very sporty, it's very agile and
it's good fun to drive.
Sport is its program.
From the very first corner on, the new C-Class Coupé Sport showed it's got what it takes and Susie Wolff and the Longboard Girl Crew were all equally impressed. The specially tuned AMG sports suspension and the perceptibly more direct steering give the car the hottest roadholding round corners in its class. Additional downforce and improved vehicle balance is provided by the AMG spoiler lip on the boot lid. Its sporty presence is underlined by the rich sound of the sporty exhaust system.
Sport is not just an additional tag for the C-Class Coupé. Sport is its program. Press a button and the sport mode – known as the S-mode – goes into spectacular action, the engine and transmission responding much more directly.
The altered gear shifting makes the driving experience much more intensive. And not only that, the C-Class Coupé Sport also has shortened shifting times with a double-declutching function – and when braking down for the next corner, the gears actively change down.

Not only corners have an ideal racing line. The body design of the C-Class Coupé Sport is also perfection in itself. With its dynamic AMG styling, including "Sport" labels on the side wings, the Coupé makes a winning impression from any angle. Further design highlights are the special finish of the surface in designo platinum magno and the striking AMG light-alloy wheels designed with seven double-spokes, finished in black high gloss paint and burnished.The AMG sports seats upholstered in ARTICO/DINAMICA man-made leather with contrasting red seams ensure good support at the sides. In the interior, the sporting character is intensified by the red seat belts, the silver shift paddles on the steering wheel, the decorative burnished elements in dark aluminium and the sporty pedal arrangement made of brushed dark aluminium.
